All our injection machines are from Haitian, the world's largest manufacturer of injection molding machines, ranging from 80 tons to 450 tons.

We have two Mini Module Mounters (Surface Mount Technology, SMT) from Yamaha and Samsung together with 6 ASM bonding machines. We have the capacity to produce 50,000 electronic components daily.
Decoration Process

Spraying, Tempo printing, Pad printing, and Silkscreen printing are the four main processes in our decoration department.

Our environmentally-friendly roto-casting machines are able to handle up to 10 inches wide roto components.

Our 12 assembly lines are capable of manufacturing anything from components to large role-play sets.
QA Lab
QA Lab
Our QA Laboratory has the facility to carry out mechanical tests for ASTM, EN17, GB, and more. To cope with RoHS and other latest safety requirements, our XRF lab has the Uniton XRF testing machine to help us determine element content such as Pb, Cr, and Hg in all incoming materials and paints, as well as products from our plastic process departments.

Our chemical testing lab is able to handle most of the latest chemicals safety standards worldwide. Our staff are also able to offer help to overcome any chemicals related issues.
